With extensive experience advocating for clients in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Brenda, brings a wealth of knowledge and provides thoughtful legal representation in the areas of labour law, employment, as well as various litigation matters, and is adept at navigating the complexities of diverse legal issues, ensuring clients receive tailored and effective representation.

Brenda regularly works with trade unions in both the public and private sectors, appearing before various administrative tribunals and acting in a range of negotiations aimed at the settlement of disputes. Brenda also appears regularly before the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick and the New Brunswick Court of Appeal.

Deeply committed to advancing the legal industry, Brenda is a frequent presenter at legal conferences, and is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyer, and is the current New Brunswick Chair of the CBA Labour Law Group.
