Destiny Grant

Destiny applies a thoughtful lens to her legal practice, striving to ensure that all clients receive thorough and effective representation. She is developing her practice in the areas of labour, employment, administrative, professional regulation, and human rights law. Destiny has experience in matters before arbitrators, adjudicators, regulatory bodies, and the New Brunswick Court of King’s Bench, as well as in mediations and collective bargaining.

Destiny obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick, Faculty of Law. While in law school, she served as an associate appeals officer for the UNB Student Union, sitting upon a three-person panel of decision makers. At the Faculty of Law, Destiny received numerous awards, including the William Henry Harrison Moot Court Prize for oral advocacy, the McInnes Cooper Prize for highest standing in Trial Practice, and the Lyman Purnell Prize for highest standing in Wills and Estates.  

When she is not in the office, Destiny can be found reading, hiking, or visiting a local café.
