Lauren joined Pink Larkin as an associate in 2025 after articling in the Halifax office. She is a dedicated advocate who works tirelessly to meet her client’s legal needs.
She is developing practices in both our labour and litigation groups—assisting provincially and federally regulated public and private sector unions and advising clients in their litigation disputes.
Lauren received her law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Her passion for labour and employment law stems from her participation in Dalhousie University’s pro-bono program where she had the opportunity to work with a workers’ rights organization.
Prior to attending law school, Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Studies and a minor in Crime, Law and Justice Studies from the University of Saskatchewan.
During her free time, Lauren enjoys hiking, running, sewing, and cooking as well as spending time with family and friends.
