A thoughtful and creative advocate, John serves clients in both of New Brunswick’s official languages in his work as an associate in Pink Larkin’s Fredericton office. His practice focuses on labour law, public law and professional regulation.

John applies scrupulous legal analysis and practical reasoning to the day-to-day administration of collective agreements as well as to complex constitutional matters. He has also represented clients in interest arbitrations and professional discipline proceedings. His careful written submissions have met with success in the New Brunswick Court of King’s Bench, the New Brunswick Court of Appeal, and on applications for leave to the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining Pink Larkin, John gained valuable experience in the law of judicial review while articling as a clerk to the Ontario Divisional Court.
