As a partner at Pink Larkin, he directs his practice towards civil litigation, with a primary focus on construction, commercial, and insurance-related disputes.

Nathan's broad commercial litigation portfolio includes cases involving construction, commercial, and insurance-related disputes. He has appeared before all levels of court in Nova Scotia, and acted as counsel in commercial arbitrations and before regulatory bodies such as the Nova Scotia Utilities and Review Board.
